1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address and password (handled securely via our authentication provider).
• Business information: business name, tax rate, and other details you add in Settings.
• Customer Content: customer contacts, estimates, jobs, invoices, expenses, and related data you enter to operate your business.
• Payment information: when you subscribe or accept payments, billing details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — JobWrap does not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the JobWrap service (scheduling, estimates, invoicing, payments).
• To send transactional emails, such as invoices, estimates, and receipts, on your behalf to your customers.
• To process subscription billing and manage your account.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the service.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate JobWrap:

• Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing, including Stripe Connect for payments to your customers.
• Resend — delivery of transactional emails (invoices, estimates, receipts, notifications).
• Vercel — application hosting.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies and security practices.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a Postgres database with row-level security, meaning only your account can access your customers, jobs, estimates, and invoices. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all communication with JobWrap.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and Customer Content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible for a reasonable period in case you choose to resubscribe, after which it may be deleted.

6. Your Rights

You can access, edit, or delete most of your data directly within JobWrap. To request a full export or deletion of your account and data, email support@jobwrap.io.

7. Cookies

JobWrap uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

JobWrap is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app.
