Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JobWrap ("JobWrap", "we", "us", or "our"), available at jobwrap.io. By creating an account or using JobWrap, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
JobWrap is a subscription tool that helps service businesses manage customers, estimates, scheduling, and invoicing, including accepting online payments from their customers via Stripe.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscription & Billing
JobWrap is offered on a paid subscription basis, billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all customer, job, estimate, and invoice data you enter into JobWrap ("Customer Content"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Customer Content and for your relationships with your customers, including pricing, estimates, invoices, and any disputes that arise from them.
5. Payments to You
If you accept online payments through JobWrap, those payments are processed by Stripe using a connected Stripe account in your name. JobWrap does not hold or transmit your funds — Stripe pays out directly to your bank account according to Stripe's terms and schedule. Use of Stripe is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use JobWrap for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or business, to send fraudulent invoices or estimates, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep JobWrap available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
JobWrap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobWrap and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, data, or business arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using JobWrap and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of JobWrap after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
